Stress can manifest itself in many forms, from general anxiety to low energy, panic attacks or even chronic physical signs such as digestive or skin problems. Any effort to address the effects of stress must begin by identifying the root causes and underlying issues at stake, and here homeopathy is ideally suited.

Many ‘acute’ emotional responses, if left untreated, can become long term or chronic, and develop into what we may call stress or anxiety, which in turn can sometimes lead to even deeper complaints on an emotional or physical level. Homeopathy helps by stimulating the body to correct itself, for example by allowing one to finish fully processing some previous, unresolved grief or stress.

How can Homeopathy help?

Homeopathy can help your thoughts, emotions and body to return to state of equilibrium, which will better equip you to deal with life's stresses and to see things in a new light.

Whilst homeopathy can be wonderfully helpful in more advanced serious cases of serious stress, it is obviously better to seek treatment before getting to this stage. This means recognising that minor symptoms are early warning signs: increased irritability, sleeplessness, feelings of dread or guilt, can indicate a need for attention. Many people arrange regular check-ups with their homeopath in order to continually maintain their health.
